Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 20 days of receipt. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts included.

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-related items (if applicable)


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@dripvault.org.uk within 20 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and the items you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorisation: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Package the items securely and include your RA number and proof of purchase inside the return package.

  4. Ship Back: Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee may apply to returns in certain cases (optional).


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send out the exchange item(s) as soon as possible.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in inspecting and packaging our products, but in the rare event that your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@dripvault.org.uk We will resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or a full refund.

  • Timeframe: Please report any damaged or defective items within 20 Days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of Damage: When reporting a damaged item, please provide photos of the damage and your order number for faster processing.


6. Final Sale Items

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If the item is eligible for a return, you can follow the steps outlined above.
